Terms & Conditions
No alterations or modifications from the customer end are allowed for the body or engine.
If a scratch or damage occurs from the customer end, they must inform us as soon as possible and take responsibility for the repair or replacement. The customer can either pay the repair/replacement amount to us or have the work done only at brand-authorized service centres. In this case, the customer must provide the bill and other details of the work. Insurance claims are applicable if damages/replacements exceed a total amount of Rs. 25,000; for any amount below that, the customer is liable to pay in cash. Customer is also liable to pay the rent for any lay off days at workshops for repair after the rental period until the car is repaired back to the original condition .
360 degrees photos or clear videos must be recorded by the customer at the spot of vehicle reception as an evidence to defend/accept the damages allegations after the rental period.if no photos or visual records are not saved by the customer, he/she must rely on the records at the company end for vehicle before and after damage verification.
Photos and other details of the vehicle sent prior to booking may vary, as pictures may not be the latest or may not be as detailed as real life. The mechanical condition will be fair according to the model and age of the car. Performance and overall condition of a vehicle may vary between different models.
All our vehicles are serviced periodically and maintained well at the respective authorized service centres only. Any mechanical issue shall be resolved by us, or a replacement vehicle will be provided during the repair of the initial vehicle. Replacement vehicle models depend on availability at the moment.
All car mileage per day is limited to 120 km, and monthly mileage is limited to 3,500 km. Any additional kilometres will be charged according to the class of the vehicle. Going out of Kerala state must be informed to us in advance by the customer, notifying IN and EXIT periods.
The vehicle may have minor scratches that may not be noticeable. Customers should inquire in depth if they are concerned about minor physical scratches on the booked vehicle. The vehicle will be fairly clean from a professional car wash. If the customer is not satisfied, they can do a detailed wash or water service at their own expense. While returning the vehicle, it should be as clean as when it was delivered. The customer can opt to pay for the water service upon returning the vehicle if it is not clean.
The minimum booking amount is Rs. 5,000. For booking, the customer must provide a passport copy, arrival air ticket copy, and payment to confirm the booking. Once booked, the vehicle will be held until the customer’s arrival to ensure availability, and the respective car will be withdrawn from other bookings. No refund is available for any cancellations from the customer end before delivery.
The tire conditions of the vehicle fairly range from 50% to 100% of the total tread of each tire. The condition will be fair enough to complete the rental period. This percentage depends on the age and replacement cycle of the tires on the booked vehicle. Normal tire services like puncture and patches are covered by the customer. Any rupture from normal use or manufacturing defects of the tires will be replaced by us. Stepney tires available may be suitable for emergency use only.
All vehicles will be provided with copies of all legal documents like the registration certificate, pollution certificate, and insurance certificate, either digitally or physically inside the car.
